Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Lightkeeper’s Watch (“the app”), provided by Kingly Clark (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and to Apple’s standard App Store terms.

2. Health & wellbeing disclaimer

Lightkeeper’s Watch is a game designed to encourage healthy sleep habits. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it does not provide medical advice. Any sleep information shown in the app is for general, informational purposes and may be estimated or incomplete. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your sleep or health.

3. Purchases, subscriptions & virtual items

• The app is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases, which may include a premium subscription and consumable coin packs.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Coins and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law or by Apple’s policies, purchases are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, circumvent purchase mechanisms, or use it in any unlawful way.

5. Intellectual property

The app and all of its content, artwork, and code are owned by Kingly Clark or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don’t transfer any ownership to you.

6. Availability & changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We aim to keep the app running smoothly but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingly Clark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kingly Clark is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm your governing jurisdiction before publishing.)

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
